Natural Food Coloring

Oleoresin Paprika

Derived from the fruits of capsicum annuum or Capsicum frutescens and also known as Paprika Extract, Paprika Oleoresin is an oil-soluble extract used for coloring and flavouring foods. 

Due to its spicy taste and distinct flavour, Paprika Oleoresin is used vastly for adding flavour to spice mixtures, cheese, sauces, sweets and emulsified meats.
